New clients: if you are a new Immortelle Client, you will need to book an initial consultation to discuss your needs and create a bespoke plan for you.
Continuing clients: after our initial consultation, you can book any of the relevant treatments available.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), often referred to as the 'vampire facial,' is a minimally invasive treatment designed to rejuvenate the skin using the body’s own natural resources. By leveraging the regenerative properties of platelets, PRP stimulates cell growth and enhances skin texture without the need for surgery.
The process begins with a small blood draw, which is then processed in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. This plasma, rich in growth factors, is carefully injected into targeted areas of the skin to promote cellular regeneration and improve overall skin health.
Following treatment, mild swelling or redness may occur but generally resolves within a couple of days. Noticeable results often emerge after 2-3 sessions, with continued improvement over time. For hair restoration, results may take a few months to become evident.

Hyaluronidase is a prescription-only medication that functions as an enzyme, triggering the breakdown of hyaluronic acid. Although it is naturally broken down over time by the body, dermal fillers tend to dissolve gradually over several months to years.
Through this treatment the process can be accelerated, making it more permeable through tissue membrane, allowing for faster breakdown and absorption by the body.
It is important to note that Hyaluronidase is not effective against calcium hydroxylapatite-based fillers (Radiesse), poly L-lactic acid-based fillers (Sculptra), or permanent fillers like Aquamid.

Cancellation Policy
Whilst I empathise with life’s changes of circumstance, treatments at Your Immortelle will require 48hours notice if you are unable to attend a pre-booked appointment. Any bookings cancelled with less than 48hours notice will require full payment.
To reschedule a booked session, please contact me at least 48hours prior to the treatment to look at a mutually agreeable time at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can also do this through the online booking system so long as it is at least 48hours prior to the treatment.
Cancellation fees may be waivered due to exceptional circumstances - please contact me for a confidential, friendly chat.
If you arrive late for a booked treatment, I will endeavour to honour your full session if time permits, however, this may not always be possible - therefore session length may be adjusted as needed. If this is the case, you will still be required to pay the full treatment fee.
